Julie Marin Grant is an Accidental Equine Artist.
She strongly believes that the beauty of her photography comes from the Amazing Animals in her life….. and not any true talent on the part of the Photographer! Julie lives on her small farm with her husband, three children and seven horses that are trained to represent Living History at educational events.
Julie has been honored to photograph reenactment events
The 150th Anniversary Reenactments of the Civil War and her horses have supported Every Major Revolutionary War Event since 2007…. Including being the Alarm Rider’s Horse for the Battle on Lexington Green at Sunrise every April 19th! The grace and wisdom, the kindness and dedication of these horses and their unique role in Living History Education is dramatically documented in Julie’s growing portfolio of well-loved photographs.
